Impressed from the initial phone call all the way to the repair. They are professional and reliable. My repair technician (Josh) was able to do an inspection, give me a rough estimate, and make the needed repairs within an hour. Very satisfied!

I've had Eagle come out a couple of times for garage door repairs at my shop and they've been great. Quick response for an emergency I had recently, and their prices are reasonably compared to other companies I've used. I highly recommend them.

I called Eagle on a Friday at 11am after my garage wouldn't open due to a lightning storm that struck my house. Bruce said he was booked until Monday & asked me to text him my info & he would get back to me about an appointment, so I did. By Sunday evening I hadn't heard from him yet so around 5pm I texted him to try to confirm an appointment & time. After a few hours without a response, I left a follow-up voicemail on his office number asking if he was coming tomorrow/Monday or not because he never got back to me. He finally texted me after 9pm & said he would come by tomorrow & will call me later to confirm a time. I texted him,"Ok thank you". After waiting all day for his call to confirm an appointment time, I texted him around 3pm asking whether he was still coming & to get a time frame. I was extremely frustrated at this point because my car had been held hostage for 5 days. After waiting another 30-45 mins for a response, I decided to call a different company. An hour later he left me a voice-mail saying, "he would be by later". I texted him, don't bother because I called different company. He never responded or apologized for wasting my time or being unprofessional.

This company was doing some repair at my workplace so I asked the technician a few questions about my garage doors. His responses were direct, professional, with no sales pitch. He asked me to call Jason at the office and set something up...which I did. Jason came out when promised, diagnosed my problems, and had everything done in a very timely manner. I've been in customer service for over 30 years. These guys are down to earth people that DO NOT treat you bad in anyway. I would recommend this company all day long!!! GOOD JOB GUYS....I WAS IMPRESSED FROM START TO FINISH : )

I would give this company 0 stars if I could, because we asked them to simply come by and diagnose our garage doors, but not only did they misdiagnose the problem, but they also hit my car when they were leaving and left without even saying anything, which is criminally called a hit and run. They told us we needed new garage doors but when a real mechanic (my friend) looked at it he found all he had to do was plug it back in and it worked fine. So much for their technicians being good. The technician that hit my vehicle was called the name Alex and when I contacted the company they said they would compensate me for him hitting my vehicle. I wrote them several emails and called them many times, but I was dismissed every time I called them and told I would be contacted by the owner who never contacted me. Not only is this company involved in criminal behavior but they also have incompetent technicians that will try to sell you a 3000 dollar garage door all while telling you your garage door is broken when it's actually just unplugged. Please stay away from this company if you know what's good for you!

Bruce came with in 2 hours of wife backing up into garage. Man was a life saver. Price was reasonable for being a cold day. Not to mention water heater was inhaled in garage before we bought house. Glad was able to close garage door. Thank you.

My garage door would not open and I couldn't get my car out. The technician showed up within 2 hours and fixed my door. Fast and efficient service with affordable rates. highly recommend.
