Tuff Shed Kansas City

I ordered and received my shed quickly. I had issues/ questions regarding the slope of my yard. I was assured this would not be an issue. I also paid them to remove the old shed. I alerted them to the fact over the phone that I had a concrete ramp to be removed also. The shed was installed quickly and professionally. The old shed was removed. The concrete ramp was not. The shed is good quality, better than the one I had before. The kicker is that the yard’s slope caused one side of the shed to be 8"off the ground. When the ramp was attached ( not permanently attached) the slope on the ramp was at least 30 degrees because it is so short. I have asked to return the ramp. My review will change if they work with me on this, if not then the review stands These guys did work with me on the ramp. So kudos to those two members of staff.

I started looking at the sheds at the big box stores and nothing really caught my eye. I first saw TS from I35 and thought maybe I’ll check this out soonest. I had originally planned to look at Tuff Shed on line. I fiddled around with the app but thought really, I’m old school so I decided to visit. I met John when he came out to provide assistance. We chatted about the various sheds. I then zeroed in on the one I eventually purchased. He told me all about it and that it was originally purchased by someone else but couldn’t take it. I then told him I would contact the next day. I contacted his the next day and said I wanted it. Not long after we did the deal. John was extremely helpful and was the consummate sales rep for the company. His easy going manner coupled with his thorough knowledge really sealed the deal. He was also really helpful with my schedule in the delivery stage. A true professional. I would also add that Devon the delivery man really knows his business too. The way he backed up and set up the shed was second to none. On the whole, Tuff Shed is the real deal in my book. I will be telling my friends about my very positive experience. Thanks so much.

Unlike so many business transactions these days, our Tuff Shed purchase and installation went smoothly from beginning to end. Our Tuff Shed dealer was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When it came time to install our new shed, the two technicians did a most thorough job and we were totally delighted with the results.

Kyle came to my house this morning to build my Tuff Shed. Kyle is an outstanding contractor and knows his stuff. I’m a retired guy so I kinda watched as he built my shed. Kyle was very efficient and knowledgeable. If I need a friend looking for a shed I will recommend Tuff Shed and Kyle. Thank you

John was great during the process, the scheduling lady was flexible and the contractor did a great job. Only suggestion I have is that the scheduling team should leave a voicemail when they call as I missed the lady several times and didn’t know because I thought it was spam.

David from Tuff Shed in Overland Park went above and beyond. His customer service was top tier. David’s communication was great! Our shed was built in one day, they were amazing! I will be recommending to anyone.

I visit tuff sheds 8811 Lenexa drive I called first about a key. when I got there, I met a man named Tim very nice, very knowledgeable got right to the point got what I needed and I left but I just wanted to leave a review because tough shed was a very nice in customer service was amazing.
