Just had my shower door installed by Gallery of Doors! It looks so amazing and it did not take long to get in at all! I’ve had Gallery do a few jobs now in my home and they are always professional neat and courteous. I highly recommend! Thank you Tyler and your team.
I do not recommend Gallery of Doors. We found them to be very unreliable. They came out over a year ago to fix our garage door. Could not do the job when the person came and promised to come back to fix the issue with either a bigger ladder or more workers. They made us pay a $100 deposit to guarantee their return. After cashing the check, we NEVER heard from them again. I called MULTIPLE times over an 8 month period, and they continually said they would call back to schedule a follow up because the person who answered the call could not schedule it then (why?). They never called me back or rescheduled, despite taking our money. We finally gave up and had a different, responsive company fix the door without any issue (and also included a 1 year warranty on their work). Of course, the $100 we paid was never returned.
I had Gallery of Doors out today. The installer, Pete, was outstanding. He showed up on time and took on the challenges of replacing a problematic door. Going above and beyond with floor damage. Everything was perfect! Very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
I purchased four custom Fire Rated Door’s and a fire rated rolling door for fire separation. Tyler the owner offered good pricing and service. Recommended him for Commerical building.
If your looking for a company I highly recommend Gallery of Doors. Spring on our garage door broke, came out and fixed it price was good and the worker was nice. Months later the spring broke again, no fault of theirs just a faulty spring. But they did the right thing came out and fixed it. No change or hassle. Not many companies does the right thing these days. Thank you Mr. Gallery of Doors. Plus it was the same worker both times. Zak was a really good guy
