I had just purchased a newly built home, so I needed a 2nd opinion after I did my walkthrough of the house. I called Todd on a Monday, and he was able to complete a very thorough inspection report by Thursday morning. He caught two big things for me. He noticed that one of my hallway walls was bowed in and a column was not square. He checked the plumbing, wiring, roof and the HVAC system in the attic. Todd made the entire experience incredibly easy for me.
