This was my first time using this inspection company, I used it for my own personal investment purchase, and I was very impressed. John was very personable, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. He accommodated our schedule, worked efficiently, and delivered a clear and detailed report. I really liked the quality of his work and will definitely be recommending him to my clients— and will continue using him for future inspections as well. Had John Reese come over and do our inspection. He was willing to explain everything he was doing and answered every question I had. Even after the inspection he made sure there was nothing else that concerned me and gave me recommendations for other services I wanted to know more about. He is very knowledgeable and even gave me a discount for being a teacher! Would highly recommend him to do your inspections as well.

John was very detailed and found things that you would not be able to see or know if your profession is not inspection. We are very pleased! We purchased a new construction and we highly recommend spending the money to ensure your property is inspected.
