AJ was awesome! He found so much on a new home build!!! Thanks to AJ he saved us trouble down the line. He paid attention to every detail and I would recommend him.

AJ was extremely thorough. I am very happy with the service he provided. He did find multiple things that needed to be fixed under our 1 year new build warranty. He took about 1.5 hrs for the inspection and then he sent us the full report that very next morning. If i could give him 10 stars i would! Highly recommend! He also gave me a bunch of tips on small items around my house. Super awesome guy!

AJ was very responsive and quick to reply for my scheduling! He scheduled the inspection for my home quickly and arrived promptly. He is very detailed in his work and extremely knowledgeable! He taught me many things as I followed him through the inspection. He finished his final report and emailed it to me within 24hours! Very professional and high quality work overall. Called several inspection companies for this inspection most of them didn’t have time for next day inspection but AJ was able to schedule it right away. Our first time buying a home and we’ve had the pleasure of working with AJ for our private hike inspection. Although our builder hired a home inspection for us, we wanted to make sure to have someone on our side and looking out for our interests when it comes to inspecting the home. AJ did not disappoint.
