A Radiant Property Inspection

When choosing an inspection company for our new home, I knew I was going to go with Radiant Property Inspection from the first phone call. The receptionist was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and kind. She answered all my questions, provided details and comparisons on the different inspections, including pool and screened lanai, and was able to get us an inspection in two days, on a Saturday. They offered many options and were reasonably priced. Eileen was our inspector who came out on a rainy Saturday and she did a fabulous job. She took her time, inspected every area of the house and was very diligent (which is something important when buying a home and spending all this money). She made us feel very comfortable that we were going to get an accurate and detailed home inspection. She was kind and also informative and kept it real, which is something that we value. Overall our whole experience with this company and their employees was exemplary. I 100% recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I highly recommend having Radiant Property Inspection do your home inspection. Leonel was our home inspector today, and he completed a full inspection, 4 point, and wind mitigation. Not only was he kind, professional, and punctual, but he extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of our questions and caught things we would have never noticed on our own. Not only did he point out potential issues, but he also gave us helpful tips on home maintenance that we as first time home buyers really appreciated. Keith at Radiant Property Inspection performed a home inspection 11/17/25 for a home we are purchasing in St Pete. The price charged was very fair compared to others and the job’s results were detailed and professional. Keith spoke to us at length afterwards regarding his findings, and followed up with a pdf report with numerous photos and videos. We also asked for an additional swimming pool inspection at the last minute which he happily performed. We’d definitely use Radiant again, should the need arise. RBB
