I had an excellent experience with my home insurance inspection thanks to Ivan R. He kept in touch with me throughout the day and updated me on his arrival timeframe, which I really appreciated. Ivan is also bilingual, and that was extremely helpful for my mom, who is 82 and feels more comfortable in Spanish. He was patient, respectful, and very professional. Had an inspection performed today by Ivan. He was very professional and punctual which meant alot to me. He was accurate in the estimated time the inspection would last and arrived as promised. Very courteous as well!

Ivan was excellent. We had a situation and I really needed him to come over the weekend. His first available( which was still very fast) Was Monday. However, I requested if he could come over the weekend. Within less than two hours, early this morning, he was at our house, was Incredibly efficient, pleasant and easy to communicate with. Response time amazing ! I would highly recommend Ivan as an inspector.

Awesome customer service had the inspection done at my home in the keys and the inspector Ivan really was accommodating with scheduling and punctual will be requesting him for the next inspection.

Inspector was rude and inappropriate, we do not recommend this company to anyone. I also sent a feedback to the company via email, and have not received any call or response to our concerns.
