They were I'm very impressed with the home inspection services. Glenn was prompt and very thorough with his inspection. The report was very detailed with recommendations and photos of issues. The report was delivered the same day as the inspection! He took time after his inspection to go over and show us the problem areas that we would see in the report later and explain them in a way we would understand. Thankful for his very comprehensive complete report!

Missed leaky faucets, the master shower having reversed temperatures,holes in the roof where the vents were penetrating, improperly fit doors that don't close. The inspector seemed to be in a rush. I would not recommend

Referred by our awesome realtor, Dave Maks. We had a home inspection today with Glenn and he was so thorough, definitely recommend!! He provided the home inspection report the same day (literally we already have it tonight) which was so nice because it gave us clarity on whether or not to move forward with the house — something that has been on our mind! We appreciated the full report and even had a mold inspection, radon inspection and wind mitigation inspection with him also. Waiting a few days for the mold and radon inspections since they take more time. But we loved having one company that can set up the home inspection, any our questions and provide a detailed report so quickly. We recommend them

As a First time VA home buyer, Glenn the Owner did my 4-point inspection. All came out well, However fast forward 9 months. Glenn was hired again by new buyers and Glenn put in the inspection a cosmetic problem. Now when speaking to him about why that wasn't in the first report, He Quoted "My opinion was it wasn't significant enough", When asked what his job was as an inspector, and acknowledging that issue was there back when I bought the house but he "Felt" it didn't warrant being in the report. Now as I was the one buying the home, not him; This should have been put in the first report; and I could have gotten the original owner to fix. Now I have to come out of pocket 10k. Glenn refused to settle the issue; even after acknowledging he saw it there in the first inspection. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. As knowing a lot of realtors and apart of the local realtor association; I will be making sure they are aware to stay AWAY from this business.
