I recently had my home inspections done by Zack at Shelton Home Inspection. Zack was very thorough even though I opted only to do the 4pt and termite inspection. Then he sat down with me and went over everything which I really appreciated, within a day I received a digital copy of the report professionally done with photographs. I found Shelton Home Inspection to be very responsive and quick to schedule my inspections and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Steve spent at least four hours at our prospective home, scoping the pipes, checking for termites, performing the 4 point inspection and more. It was the most thorough inspection we have ever seen. We especially appreciated the way Steve and Christine answered our follow-up questions and concerns, even when we contacted them on their boat during a much needed vacation.
