James was absolutely great! He showed up right on time and took his time to carefully take care of the pests in our home instead of just rushing and spraying everywhere. He really treated our house like his own and explained that the interior spray is completely safe for pets, which I appreciated so much. He was gentle, professional, and amazing overall. Can’t wait to see him again next quarter!

Joe was an amazing tech and was very kind and efficient. He was friendly with me and my children who were present during his visit. I’m giving 4 stars because of the price increase. We started paying $80 a visit and are now paying $124 every time they come out. We will have to stop becuse of such a price increase.

I scheduled an inspection with Lookout Pest Control for Friday, 11/07/25, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. When Alex called to discuss my appointment, he cut me off as soon as I began describing my situation. Instead of listening, he told me I "needed to see a doctor" and that there was nothing they could do. He did not give me the chance to explain that I had already seen a doctor and been medically cleared. His dismissive attitude was rude and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. I then called the corporate office and spoke with Bailey, who told me this was not how their company treats clients and that she would look into it and call me back. She seemed to respond, but the next person I spoke to was Johnathan, who made the situation worse. On his first call, he insulted my intelligence by telling me my building had extermination services, even though I was trying to hire my own independent service. On his second call, he flat-out denied service entirely. Despite having an active pest issue, they refused to even come inspect the unit, give guidance, or attempt to help in any way. I was also told their treatments were "watered down" and that I could buy stronger products at Home Depot—so why even hire a professional? This is how they treat someone actively seeking help with an ongoing infestation? Dismissive, unprofessional, condescending, and unwilling to provide service. I strongly do not recommend using Lookout Pest Control. Save your time and money—go elsewhere.

Roy C. at Lookout pest control always does a great & very knowledgeable job for us. If we have any questions he is happy to answer them. They are reasonably priced but I’m not sure how much because we pay for the year & my husband takes care of that-but he would never pay something overpriced. If you want a great pest control company, they are who to go with. I highly recommend them & if you are in his zone, ask for Roy C.

Absolutely appreciate the work Moriah M. does. She's great with my animals and is very thorough in her job. I've seen some pest servicers come in and just spray from a doorway across a room and call it good. She actually walks through the full home and treats everywhere. We've requested her since we began a regular pest service, even when she was with Rome City pest control. So thank you!

Our technician, Moriah is wonderful and personable and arrives when she said she will. I have quarterly service plus annual termite coverage. I never worry about anything even though I live in the country with a lot of trees and crawly things.

I saw some unfamiliar creatures hanging out the house here in October and I immediately called Lookout and within a day I wanna say even 24 hours they had someone out here to explain to me exactly what I was saying and how that affected the inside of my house as well as the preachers outside of my house either way, all of them are gone, and I feel very protected that there are no critters lurking around in my Attic or in my main home. Excellent customer service excellence, attention detail, and very concerned about me being knowledgeable of what these creatures would do to me, as well as just being in the environment.
