Nice professional & pleasant technician. I was able to set up an appointment quickly to see what was needed for my refrigerator repair. Stress free @ reasonable prices! Good old fashion service.
Continuously rescheduled the time they said they would arrive throughout the day and then claimed they completed the job: as of last night, I had planned to be home for this from 9-11am. At 9:30am, they rescheduled to 1-3pm and then again rescheduled at 4:45pm to 6pm and then 6-8pm. They then texted me at 8:30pm saying the job was complete even though no one arrived? I was home all day for this to continue to be unresolved.
Igor came on time and gave great advice on my Miele washer. Gold Fusion HVAC & Appliance had helped me many times and I highly recommend this company!!
Sam quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our PTAC unit. He was knowledgeable, polite, and patiently answered our questions.
