First of all I want to thank the crew that worked underneath my house. I wish I had all the names but I do have two of them: Matthew and Firman.There were a few hiccups during process but the problems were worked out and the job was completed to my satisfaction. To Whom it may concern: Wow!! Raul Benitez was professional and courteous from beginning to end of our termite treatment and encapsulation of our crawlspace. During his visit, everything was so pleasant, and anything that was of concern to us, no matter how small it appeared, he not only explained but gave us the dignity, patience and compassion while dealing with 70yr. old seniors.
