Received bad service. So I cannot recommend. I placed a call for oven repair. The problem was the Igniter needed to be replaced. They did a good job detecting the power was also not connected. But failed to secure the connection. And my oven went out after a day. When I called to inform them. I was told maybe it's the oven panel short circuiting. They wanted to charge me to come troubleshoot thier own work the next day. So u will be charged for them to check up on thier own work? So they don't even warranty their service. They want u to pay again for the same job. That is very bad customer service. A new repair man said the work wasn't secured. And literally fixed it correctly in 6 minutes!!!!

Very friendly, professional and polite from the time of the appointment through the actual service call. Appointment was next day and repair was less than an hour. Recommended.

I initially called Mr. Appliance, and was not satisfied with the time it would take for an appointment, and the diagnostic price; so I called this place, and they not only came the SAME DAY (within hours); but also fixed the issue on the same day. Max arrived early, was courteous, put booties on his shoes without having to be asked, and was very professional and efficient. This is definitely our go-to place for appliance care from now on!

Well I'm glad other people had a better experience than me they got me for $425 and the guy changed the ice maker cause he said the battery died then they had nothing else to do with me after they got paid I went to another company cause the guy said he would order the freon for the fridge and never did it the other company said all it needed was freon which he walked with and I was charged $154 wish I knew that before I could have saved some money. I had to add that this one is in Queens

I am a native New Yorker and have dealt with many companies. This is one of the most professional and efficient businesses I have had the pleasure of working with throughout my years. They contacted me immediately after I completed the online form and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The repairman arrived 10 minutes early and diagnosed and resolved the problem with my stove in less than 15 minutes. He provided a detailed explanation of the issue and charged me the quoted price (and I gave him a tip, which he appreciated). No need to look anywhere else. Thanks for restoring my faith in an honest and professional service.

Jerry troubleshooted our dishwasher and even came back a second time to confirm the repair that my husband will make. He was responsive to phone calls and is a nice guy. Recommend.
