Frank was an excellent technician. He took his time to ensure I understood the contract, pricing and services I would receive. He was efficient and thorough in completing the work. I was disappointed to learn he would not be our technician going forward.

Love the Orkin pest control service. It is a bit pricey, but they do a good job. We just had our bi-monthly pest control and Shawn Wagner was outstanding—polite, good-natured, professional, dressed sharp, and treated everything I asked him to. All done with a pleasant smile! Great guy!

The people I talked with over the phone quoted a price $307. And the price went up to $331.56. That part I didn't like. The young man that help me was very bright and knowledgeable about what he was doing. And apologize about the price difference and for that it made me feel better about the call. He also said that he would do a follow up with me in about a week so, I'm looking forward to hearing from Eric.

Joshua Layton was our tech that came out and he provided phenomenal customer service and quick services. He was very nice and friendly, answered all of my questions in depth. The treatment on my house has so far worked and it’s been nice to not have to worry about it. I cannot recommend Orkin and Joshua Layton enough. Fast easy response and great customer service. I’m very thankful we went with Orkin for our pest needs.

John was great! He came out, found where the bees were getting in, and got started on getting rid of them safely. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly, explained everything clearly, and really knew what he was doing. Highly recommend if you ever need help with bees around your home!

Had another company no show on me and orkin was able to come out immediately and kept their appointment and showed up on time. Took care of the issue on the spot and scheduled a follow up later that week to confirm issue a fully resolved. Jamie was great to work with.
