Terminix

If I could leave no stars i would since they were bought out or whatever happened last year. My service is gone downhill. They double charge you, they charge you for services that never get done. Their employee Jerry Gaston say that they've been here but I have clear proof with pictures and videos showing nobody has been here for months. I have canceled my service almost 3 weeks ago and was told by Bradwick Kitts that they were going to date it back and 0 my account out and now i'm getting calls saying I owe hundreds of dollars and that our services are scheduled for july and august. I don't know who's running the show. I know we've talked to multiple different people one person name Bradwick Kitts. who constantly tells us that oh, he'll come out with the service guy Jerry or I'll give you a call back but obviously nothing's getting done. Ten out of ten do not recommend. The fact that I was double charged for pest control maintenance two totally different prices and for mosquito treatments that were never performed that also had two different prices is ridiculous and the fact that we cannot get this resolved after this long is unacceptable. I would not hire them.

Joe was so great to work with! Communicated really well the day before and the day of the service. Was super friendly and helped talk through all my concerns. I really appreciated it. I’d highly recommend him and Terminix.

Joe is a very nice guy. Every time I message him about pest control or our house inspection, he always responds promptly and is very helpful. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude!

Our technician, Joe, did an excellent job— he was incredibly thorough. Had us come out to look at some areas that we need to pay attention to so that we don’t have any type of past infiltration. We always appreciate him coming to our home; this kind of professionalism makes it easy to continue on and not switch providers.

We were dealing with a large yellow jacket hive inside a wall in our home. I called Terminix right away and all the technicians that came out were incredibly polite, knowledge, and thorough. We had to have multiple treatments, which was expected because of the location of the hive made the entrance impossible to see, and every technician took the issue seriously and stayed until they felt like the area was well treated. I'm so relieved that the hive is gone now. We will definitely be sticking with Terminix for the foreseeable future!

I’ve had reminded coming out for about the past year and a half. I really like how I for the most part always have the same technician. Joe is so nice, he is professional and always remembers problems that I have had and makes sure to follow up to make sure they were taken care of at his next visit! He is very thorough and I appreciate his kindness!

Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. He noticed an additional potential issue and made me aware so that I could get on top of it early. He took time to explain what I needed to have done to avoid further issues. His professionalism was top notch. He did a wonderful job!!
