EJ Plumbing & Water Heaters

We bought our tankless water heater from EJ Plumbing 2 years ago. And we had it serviced today for its annual maintenance. We've been loyal customers of EJ Plumbing. We love their prompt response, professionalism, clear communication and follow up. I have personally communicated with the company's owner, Danny, on numerous occasions and found him deeply committed to taking good care of his customers. Today's service was done by German who went above and beyond to make sure our water heater is fully serviced and as good as new.

I had used Wizard Plumbing in the past but when I called to schedule work I was informed that the 2 companies had merged. EJ was great. Isaac J. Was on time, professional, knowledgeable, informative and straightforward in communication. I had 2 under sink valves replaced along with an old leaking hose fitting outside that needed to be soldered and fitted with a threaded end piece. Work was done well and quickly.

EJ plumbing was great! We called Monday late afternoon (for a non-urgent issue) and got an appointment with Luis the very next morning. After considering our options we decided to replace the toilet that we had issue with. We ordered a toilet from Lowe’s and had it delivered that same day. Luis came back on Wednesday and installed the new toilet for us. The whole installation took less than one hour and we are very happy with the result! Would definitely use EJ plumbing for future needs!

Super quick and responsive! I was able to schedule an appointment within two days and they came out and serviced us that same day. Miguel was very nice and took time to explain the service and his recommendations. Can’t recommend this company enough, will definitely do business with them again!

Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable. The appointment didn't start off great. Yesterday, we initially scheduled a 12-5pm window for today but later called the same number to change it to the 8am-12pm. When I called at 11:20am to get a status on our service appt, they said we were scheduled in the afternoon window. They apologies and were able to send someone in 40 mins. Most, including Miguel, were on their lunch break. After that, everything went smoothly. We had a leaky kitchen faucet that also flooded the cabinet underneath. Miguel was able to confirm the leak was from the faucet and was able to install our new faucet that we purchased. He explained what he saw and the new faucet would fix the issue. He checked the installation several times for any further leaks and even checked our garbage disposal. He estimated about 1.5 hours and he was on point. I would highly recommend EJ Home Services and Miguel.

We will definitely use your service again -- although we hope not to have any plumbing issues for a long while!

Sam, Andrez & team did a fantastic job on detecting the issues with my tankless water heater. They were all very meticulous, conscientious and precise on the work they did for me. Cleaned up after themselves and left my garage spotless!
