I am super happy with the service I received from start to finish at Fuse! The process to get scheduled was super easy (everything was done online), and I had an appointment available the next day. The electrician (Mikhail) came on time. He listened to our concern (one of the circuits keeps on tripping every single day), and he proceeded to diagnose the problem. Within 20 mins, he has figured out that one of the wires has come loose in our circuit breaker system, and he offered to either fix or replace the circuit breaker. I opted to have it fixed, and he did it in 10 mins and charged me only $69! He saw one of my electrical outlet covers was cracked, and so he told me he would replace it free of charge, which he did! I am very impressed with Mikhail and with Fuse, and will definitely call them the next time I need any electrical issues fixed in our house. Thank you!

I’ll preface this by saying I haven’t used Fuse Service for this review. I did however just have their white Toyota Prius service vehicle absolutely fly down my residential neighborhood street doing what must have been 50 mph. This happened right around 10a this morning while I was out walking with my son. A white Fuse Toyota Prius went flying north on Daffodil Way in San Jose before turning left onto Manzanita. I called your company and left a message with your receptionist hoping that this will be escalated and looked into. Absolutely crazy how fast your car with your logo all over the side of it was driving down a crowded residential street this morning. Hope you address this issue.

Date of service 4 Sep 2023. Kostas and Fuse Service are hands down the best HVAC provider to ever grace my property. And I am a very demanding customer. I expect near perfection and these guys absolutely delivered. Kostas did an entire replacement of our gas heater and heat pump A/C system by himself, on a warm day. AND, before he could begin, he had to disassemble and remove the old heater and A/C AND disconnect and relocate our other A/C compressor and move it so the new one would fit on the pad beside it. He also serviced the 2nd compressor after he moved it. It took him 12 hours of solid, steady work. He was very well organized, neat, knew his stuff, and cleaned up after himself such that you’d have never known he was there. He was absolutely stellar. Kostas, if you are reading this, you rock! Fuse Service, I will definitely use you again.

We called more than 8 HVAC contractors in the Bay Area for a split A/C installation. All of them came, did all the measurements and inspection, in the end, they gave us a ducted estimate. Yes, every single one tried to convince us to go ducted since the house has existing vents they can use. My husband and I turned their advice down. We want the ductless A/C because of the options it gives us. We can turn on and off any unit in any room that is not being used. I probably Googled HVAC contractors often, so when Facebook recommended the Mitsubishi split A/C system (The Age of Surveillance Capitalism book by Zuboff), I clicked on the advertisement. Mitsubishi sent us three contractors; one did not estimate, the other one gave us ducted price. The third one, FUSE HVAC Refrigeration and Electrical, wowed us from the very beginning. Peter did the usual inspection and gave us a comprehensive ductless estimate. Kate, the scheduler, was very responsive and always on top of the schedule notification. David and Tilek worked very hard to install four units plus a condenser during the San Jose heat. David worked in the attic and clean after they are done. Tilek, on the other hand, is probably the BEST installer a homeowner can ever ask for. He is funny, very systematic, and thorough. He answers every single question my engineer husband asks. He knows his craft very well. We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend this company.

Updated 7/10/23 The Technician came out on the 4th of July. No one else would come out as fast. Kostas arrived exactly on time, parked in the street and quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit not working. He hooked up his diagnostic equipment and determined it the capacitor had failed and the coolant lines were freezing. He put in a new capacitor and relay and then the unit would turn on. Kostas advised that since the coolant lines were freezing, not to run it longer than about 10 minutes at a time until additional repairs could be done. The repair was going to cost too much for us on a 24 year old system so we declined the repairs that day and set about to do research on new systems including heat pumps. Kostas provided a quote the same day for a new hybrid system. Kostas was friendly and professional. He even removed his shoes before entering the house and is knowledgeable about his area of expertise.

My HPWH project has just passed the city inspection and the new HPWH has been working well over a month already. I am very happy with the job done by Fuse HVAC! I had excellent experience with the services by Fuse HVAC through the processes of the project. I got several quotes for my project and selected Fuse HVAC, as their quote was more reasonable priced, and the estimator, Jeff, was very professional; he explained things to the details and we had very good communications to get my questions answered. The whole team I worked with were very friendly, professional, and effective, including city permit application, installation scheduling, installation, post installation customer service, rebate application, and final city inspection, which made everything went smoothly. The lead installing technician, Kirill, did excellent job; he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and to the details. The new water heater has been working perfectly so far! Overall, I am very satisfied with the outstanding services by Fuse HVAC and highly recommend them!

In all categories, this vendor scored 5 stars for me. My request was promptly addressed via a Yelp (and email) message with a quick site estimate follow up. As far as the job itself - fast and professional. The technician actually did more than he should have ensuring the highest quality of the overall result. Their price was very competitive - one of the lowest of the companies also asked estimates from. Thank you.
