Excellent Service – Highly Recommend! I had a major plumbing issue with 2 out of 3 bathrooms backed up. I contacted CT Sewer Rooter & Drain and spoke with Tim. The very next day, his son Tre came out and handled the job with professionalism and care. They worked hard, were respectful, and got the job done right. Tim and Tre were extremely professional, timely and went above and beyond helping us with our issue. From our first call for service, they showed up to our house within 30 minutes and got right to work. We had an emergency over memorial weekend at our house and Tim was recommended to us and we gave him a call with 3 hours he was there and fixed the sewer problem for us , we had to fix the pipe that was cracked and he came back after the holiday to finish the job , very professional and walk us through what the problem was . I recommend to anyone that have this problem the team I’d amazing thank you so much .

I have used Tim and Trey for all my plumbing issues for the past 10 yrs and have never been disappointed. Trey joined Tim in the past 3 or 4 yrs. and "he's a chip off the old block" as they say. They are fair, honest and efficient. Don't hesitate...if you need a good plumber....call them.

Woke up to shower drain backing up when we flushed the toilet. Also, was leaking into basement crawl space. Our shower is a roll in for my handicapped husband. So we really needed it fixed asap. Well, contacted Jim & Tre they came asap. Fixed the problem!! They were so nice. Courteous. Respectful of our home & a delight to have. It’s not often these days that you find people like this. So grateful. Obviously, highly recommended.
