Steve came highly recommended by our contractor after we noticed some water in our mechanical room surrounding our hot water heater and furnace. I called Steve at 3:27 PM and by 445 PM he was at our door with a new tank ready to install. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to converse with. We will definitely keep him as our go to and will be recommending him to anyone in need of a trusted, fast and reliable plumber.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve on my half bath project, and his expertise with the Saniflo upflush system truly sets him apart from other plumbers I've worked with. He responded quickly, came out the next day to provide an estimate, and we were able to start the project soon after. Steve was thorough in running the plumbing, took the time to clean up some older water lines, and tested the system at least a dozen times before considering the job complete. Steve was absolutely wonderful! He was very responsive, and when he arrived, he was incredibly thorough. He is extremely knowledgeable and a hard worker, making sure we were completely back up and running before finishing the job. What stood out even more was his kindness and dedication—he put everything aside to help my family and me when we lost heat during one of the coldest days in December. I've had Steve out a couple of times. Found him through a local recommendation a couple years ago, sent a message late one evening and he got back to me in real time. Said he'd be out the next day to take care of my leak. While out, was happy to look at a couple other questions I had (which are more involved with the water main and more a convenience issue than problem, so plan to have him out for those when I just get some free time). Then had to get him out urgently again last fall for a leaking toilet discharge. While my wife and I were out of the country he came in, fixed that issue, rebuilt the water supply for the toilet, and left it all better than he found it, keeping me updated along the way. You get what you pay for. Steve is legit, worth every penny of his very reasonable pricing for a true tradesman. I wouldn't call anyone else and refer anyone in need of service to him!
