Jon helped us install our Reserve Osmosis system and throughout the entire process and beyond has been extremely proactive, thoughtful, and responsive to all our questions. He’s stopped by on a number of occasions to answer any questions and also make sure everything was and continues to work properly. We would highly recommend their services!
On Thanksgiving Day, we woke up to no water pressure in our well tank. I texted John at 7 AM, and he was able to come out by 9 AM. By 9:15, we had water again. His prices were fair, and he was meticulous in identifying and fixing the issue. Thanksgiving was saved! Highly recommend!
Kelly’s Pump Service was fantastic. John helped me troubleshoot over the phone, then came out after hours and fixed the issue fast. Very reasonable pricing and no pressure to replace the pump. I’ll definitely call him again when it’s time. Highly recommend!

AMAZING SERVICE!! We had an irrigation pump failure during a heat wave and John Kelly showed up within hours of a random call from me, an unknown customer. I picked his name from the top of a google search, based on location to Fairfield county, and I’m sure glad he answered the phone. His response time, diagnosis and fix happened with speed and knowledge and even great humor to boot. Thank you John Kelly!!
I was expecting a low pressure so I called and John said he’ll be there in the morning Sure enough he was there checked everything out Found nothing wrong with the pump But I was told it might be a boiled problem He’s wright again Some other company’s would try to make money on you But John is very honest and knows what he’s talking about Highly recommend Kelly pump services
