PuroClean saved our house! After a major water damage, their team swung into action and made us feel like everything was going to be okay. Their professionalism and expertise were impressive, and we're grateful for their help in restoring our home.
Company did an excellent job on the task I had for them. I have only 1 complaint. Team said we didn't have to be present while they cleaned. The lady that came with them said she would text me when they were done. However, I never received a text, and they left my house without letting me know, leaving the door unlocked in a high homeless area.
Paola, Santiago and team at PuroClean were all very professional. They took time to explain the process and check up regularly. Very courteous and respectful when working on property.
