Eugene and Ramadan were amazing! My fridge suddenly broke and they showed up super fast to check it out. They immediately figured out what was wrong and fixed it right away. Both of them were so polite, professional, and incredibly skilled, you can tell they really know what they’re doing. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Eugene and his team are hardworking, reliable, and truly experts at their job. I’m so glad I found them. I highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and knowledgeable repair pros!

Eugene repaired my broken washing machine. He was very responsive by phone, came the same day, and quickly diagnosed the issue: a broken drain pump. There was no charge for the initial diagnostic visit. He had to order a part so we scheduled time for him to come back a few days later. He arrived right on time, and did the repair quickly and efficiently. His price was very reasonable. His responsiveness, communication, and customer service were excellent. I plan to refer Eugene to my friends and will use him again in the future! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Found them on Google when another company mistakenly incorrectly scheduled our appt. SCREWS was able to come same-day to quickly assess the issue with our refrigerator. They told us we could either order the new part + maintenance through them or go ahead and purchase a new fridge. Not pushy at all! We ended up using them to replace and repair the part, and they were extremely professional and quick. Will use them again!

A very honest and trustworthy business. Highly skilled technician named Ioel came to my home for my Speed Queen commercial heavy duty washer. I made the mistake and called a company called ExpressPro also based in NYC where the person told me the transmission is broken and I needed a whole new machine or an expensive fix for my transmission which required a 2 man job. SCREWS Owner was very honest and trustworthy over the phone even guaranteeing me a free diagnostic ($85 usually) from the tech if non-repairable today. However it was repaired in such a skilled fashion and timeliness without parts needed. Eugene also assured me if the same situation were to arise, there wouldn’t be a charge to come out again for diagnostic. Highly highly recommend this company as they know what they’re doing and honest in business as well.

OMG!!! This Company is amazing. I had a problem with my Miele dryer and called Eugene at 7:30 a.m. Monday. There was a technician standing in my laundry room by 11:00 a.m. diagnosing the issue. Eugene had questions about the diagnosis so he himself came by at 1:00 p.m. to inspect and brought a second technician. They implemented a temporary repair "that may or may not last - we'll see" and discussed with me the permanent fix option and the associated cost. Complete transparency and outstanding service. If you have aging appliances put these guys on speed dial -- absolutely the BEST!!!!

Swift replies and fast service. Two technicians came to do servicing for my fridge the next day after I reached out. They demonstrate expertise and quick trouble-shooting skills. Easy and pleasant to work with.
