Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Chattanooga TN

This was the 3rd time that I have used Paul David Restoration over the last few years. All 3 times I have had excellent service and quick results. Every time that I have used this company the projects have gone smoothly and efficiently and without any problems.

We had a fire at our home. Our insurance company hired Paul Davis Restoration to do the work. We are very happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. They were prompt and John kept in touch with us all along the way. Our insurance company told us it would probably take weeks or months to settle this. It was all done in about 2 weeks from the fire.

We have been a repeat customer because this company has been wonderful to work with. No inflated "needs", additions to projects, or hidden costs. We’ve worked with Daniel, John, and additional team members - all fantastic. Highly recommend!

Called and set up a time for them to come out and look at my house damage from neighbor's house fire. That was on April 4th. They came out the following week and said that they would send the information to my insurance. Six weeks later after numerous calls finally got an answer that they would send me the quote and that I would have to send it to them. Very unprofessional company. Would NOT recommend using them for restoration issues.

Unprofessional, personally have been taken advantage of by signing over the insurance check to the Paul David for a job not done. They left my home with mold in all the places they claimed to treat for mold, tore apart my home and I now have more losses. I plan to post on You Tube video of my home and the treated area by Paul David. I will update with the You Tube link. I went with this company based on positive reviews, that I now believe are fake reviews. This company was a nightmare to work with they failed to show for scheduled appointments or call. I had to call and ask what happened. Stay away from this company Paul Davis does not follow standard protocols. This is why I am left with mold and more damages. Paul Davis is comfortable with starting and then not showing up. Best at incompetency, not showing for scheduled appointments, poor communication, not following standard protocols for water damage and mold cleanup, taking insurance money and doing an incompetent job. Don't be taken by Paul David. Run from this company.

A broken waterline in our master bath broke leading to flooding the bathroom, dressing room, bedroom and part of the living room. PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION was the contractor assigned to do the remediation. It took 6 months to get everything back in order. Two carpenters did the majority of the work (Larry and Bud), very professional and contentious workers. The tile work was completed, John and his crew are top notch, thanks for being there when needed.

My friend's house flooded while she was on vacation, and from out of town, my friends were able to coordinate with first Morgan on the phone, and then Daniel. I was able to meet Daniel and let him in the house. He updated me every step of the way, and showed up right when he said he would. Despite my panic while trying to handle things for my friends, Daniel was calm, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything to help put me at ease. He video chatted with the homeowners, made recommendations of how to best proceed, and brought in all the right people to take care of things. The truck he had come in was here within an hour and they didn't leave on day 1 until aftwe 8PM. Chris and his crew were also great. All the guys were friendly, kind, and made sure to help me feel comfortable as I literally waded through this uncharted territory. Very grateful.
