Matt boarded up my house after a drunk driver crashed into it. He showed up pretty quickly after I contacted the company, and did a good job cleaning up some of the mess and constructing a temporary wall and wooden cover for the hole in the concrete portion of damaged wall. Kim and Debbie were also very helpful with communication and payment arrangements.

Major concern with mold smell in my unit 2 years after having a flood in one of my rooms. Master restoration did a Phenomenal job. We are extremely impressed with Master Restoration. When I called the company with our water challenge, a delightful woman named Sierra answered. She was so polite and empathetic of our situation. She told me she would call me back momentarily with a time frame and did, finding that Josh on her service team could come out that very afternoon to address the water damage from the pipe in the wall. Josh did an outstanding job of mitigating the problem and took the time to explain to us what needed to be done next. Will stopped by the next day to see what was happening and offered to communicate with our insurance company directly. We were so appreciative of that. Josh and Will were so efficient, professional, and remediated our damage. It would have been so much worse without them. I called Master Restoration to get an inspection quote for the mold problems I was having. The receptionist was very nice and got me scheduled within four hours. The project manager (Will Royals) showed up and took his time taking pictures, measuring and testing for moisture. He was able to give me a quote at no charge. He was very informative. Explained things very well and took his time answering all my questions. A really nice guy. I highly recommend this business.
