Rob and Cy had excellent communication on when they were going to arrive to our home. They were professional, addressed our situation and explained the process for clean up and restoration. We feel assured that our water damage is in excellent hands. I highly recommend this company and Rob and Cy.

Terrell and Ageo were professional, friendly, hardworking and did an amazing job of packing our glass and our overall kitchen! Ryan was also great, communicating clearly the next steps and what to expect. 5 star experience!

Had some water damage from a leak in our duplex and had them come for the mitigation (I think that’s what it’s called). We are the tenants but from our side they were great to have take care of it for us. They were lovely with our dogs and us being around. Terrell and Argo (spelling may be incorrect) were 10/10 for us and the animals in this pain in the butt but necessary process! Thank you!

Cy was absolutely the best! From start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and truly cared about getting everything done right. After water damage in my home, he showed up quickly, explained every step, and worked like a pro. You could tell he takes pride in his work Clean, respectful, and hardworking. I honestly can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend if you want it done right the first time!

We used AWD to mitigate a water leak in our finished basement and for the reconstruction of the space. The mitigation phase went great but the reconstruction which included drywall, painting, new flooring, and trim work was not great. Terrible craftsmanship and they clearly are hiring laborers, not carpenters. The reconstruction team were not English speaking, tried using inferior materials and cheap paint, and we have had to go back and fix many of their mistakes. If we could do it all over again, I would have hired a separate company to complete the rebuild.

Absolutely awful. Workers stole $180 and my Apple Watch out of my room. Touched my personal belongings without any consent. Absolutely terrible communication once I brought the missing items to their attention. I have absolutely nothing good to say.

American water Damage was spectacular in fixing my water damage issues. Terrell, Joshua and Jose did and amazing and through job in mitigating the damage and protecting my home from asbestos and mold. The followed a protocol of disinfecting the areas with damage from water. I would highly recommend this company and the team Terrell,Joshua and Jose!
