Elite 1

We had horrible water damage in the master bathroom upstairs, then led to approximately 75% damage through out our ENTIRE home. We called Elite 1 after someone else had referred them, they came immediately, jumped into the mitigation and told us it would be 4 months to tear everything out, replace, and remodel. After just 9 weeks, they completed our ENTIRE home! The pictures below are just an example of the before and after. The owner, David, took care of insurance, any questions or concerns we had and was in constant touch with us. We felt like they truly cared about getting our home back to the way it is! And it's even better! I highly recommend this company if you're ever in the same situation! Thank you, Elite 1!

Because my husband is an insurance agent, he knew about elite 1 because that is who he recommends his clients go to for restoration. When we had a leak that destroyed our drywall, carpet and sink, elite came through and restored everything for a reasonable cost. They work with any insurance if you are filing a claim. They were friendly, professional, concise, and if there was something that we thought needed to be addressed, they addressed it right away.

Elite 1 Restoration remodeled my bathrooms after water damage caused leaking into my subfloor and crawl space. The manager was very professional and both bathrooms are restored beautifully. They also worked within my budget since insurance would not cover the damage.

David and his team were a total lifeline to us when we found a leak in our basement ceiling with an unknown origin. I called very panicked and the team showed up within a couple of hours and found the problem quickly. Mitigation started the same day, and from day one we were well taken care of. David helped me initiate our insurance claim, knew exactly what insurance would ask for, met the inspector at our home, filled out all paperwork and contract quickly and correctly, and was extremely responsive. The work was completed as quickly as insurance allowed, all the workers were professional and produced stunning work. We are over the moon with what the team was able to produce out of what started as a total nightmare. We are very thankful to have found the team at Elite 1 and if we ever have any other home emergencies in the future, they will be the first people we call.

BEWARE! I have given this company over a year to rectify what wasn't done correctly. I will admit that everything else that we had done went very well except my gutters are still leaking and the last time they "fixed them" they are leaking even more. I just want them put in correctly And no leaking. It leaks on my little porch area and now is ruining the wood and everything. It leaks all over my patio if it's raining, we can't eat out there under the umbrella because of the water The delivery people that come it just pours all over them when they're waiting out front. My suggestion would be to call them for other things, but never have them do your gutters! If you request it then I can send you pictures and videos it won't let me pull them from my picture gallery

Recently had to call on David and Elite 1 Restoration , not once, but twice in the past 4 months. Elite 1 fixed it the first time and did a beautiful job. Then when the second pipe broke 2 months later, he was immediately back on the job, making sure everything was dried out again, before we started the restoration phase. The second pipe break did more extensive damage. David advised and educated us on a number of issues during both the mitigation and restoration phases. His crews are always on time, usually early and very courteous and helpful. The kitchen looks beautiful now. I would not hesitate to call him a third time. Here’s hoping I don’t have to though!!

Dave & his team did an excellent job. We had extensive smoke damage from a fire in our duplex in Ft Collins. He made the process easy. He took care of dealing with insurance, an abatement team all while we were out of town. Constant communication keeping updated with pictures. Elite 1 is fair and honest. I highly recommend using his service.
