After hours of going back and forth with our apartment complex in order to get someone to address an active leak and significant water damage, we were incredibly frustrated and stressed. Then Jon Sorensen showed up and everything changed. From the moment he walked in, he was incredibly kind, personable, and professional. He immediately put us at ease. He listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions, explained exactly what he was going to do, and got to work right away. We felt heard, respected, and reassured throughout the whole process. He and his team approached the situation with professionalism and expertise. Just as importantly, they respected our space by taking the time to protect surrounding areas and thoroughly cleaning up after the work was completed. We’re so grateful for his help and can’t thank him and his team enough for taking the time to help us. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Kate and the Team were wonderful!!! We had an issue with water and they were at our place within 20 minutes and kept in contact with us throughout the process. They reassured us, made us feel comfortable, and the sweetest people you could ever meet !! 2000000/10 recommend!!!
