Coastal Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

Our Fayetteville, NC, townhouse's crawlspace showed higher-than-desired humidity, so we contacted Coastal Crawl Space & Foundation Repair to inspect it and get recommendations. Derek, the professional sales rep, gave us three options to consider. Once all our calls, texts and emails to him were quickly responded to, even during his dinnertime some evenings, we decided to move forward. We had contacted another company and got an estimate, but follow-up from the other company was unsatisfactory. Coastal Crawl Space's owners are polite and professional and did the work themselves. The electrician showed up on time to install an outlet for the dehumidifier. The first six photos are before and after. The before pics show old lining that was completely removed before adding in the thicker vinyl liner. Humidity showed 65 degrees June 2024 and the dehumidifier will keep the area around 52 degrees. The sump pump did not get replaced but was wrapped neatly in liner. You see the old wooden doors replaced by custom, PVC vinyl doors. We did not replace the insulation and may do that at a later date using Coastal Crawl Space. We are very satisfied with Coastal's professional staff and highly recommend them.

They're an amazing company I got my crawlspace encapsulated with a new moisture barrier done in 2023. I recently had a little flood since I stay on the river (july of 2025) and it got all on top of the moisture barrier. They sent one the there employees over, his name was Clint he got under my house and vacuumed all the water that was still standing on top of the moisture barrier and also sprayed and moped the entire thing. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of getting in crawl space or foundation repairs done these are the guys to contact. Fair prices and amazing workmanship

My husband and I needed some restoration services done under our house due to our children constantly being sick from mildew and mold. For months we looked at other places, but none of them came close to being as awesome as coastal crawlspace! Let me just say, by far the best decision we've made! Outstanding customer service, job done in a timely manner, pricing was reasonable, willingness to work with us and our schedules and just the quality of work that was performed was extraordinary! Not to mention our children's health has improved greatly since we've had our restorative work done under our house. That's a HUGE blessing to my family. Coast Crawl Space came out about a year ago to encapsulate our crawl space. They were easy to work with and did a quick job. I came here to update my prior positive review with more info, but couldn't find it... We've had 2 separate contractors (gutters & termites) come out recently, and they both commented what a good job was done down in our crawlspace. I would highly recommend them to friends/family. The Team came out to stabilize our Foundation. They were prompt and efficient preparing the work site. The Team leader explain the process and that they would return on day two to finish. This allowed any water accumulated in the prep site to evaporate. The Team return and did an excellent job in stabilizing our Foundation as well as correcting misalignment of the wall and doorway.

My crawl space and pump was done almost 2 years ago. I called about a year ago and told them that dirt was building up around the drain. I was told to spray it out with a garden hose. My new neighbor does crawl spaces and told me it was all wrong and it was. How was water going to get pumped out of there? Go elsewhere.

From start to finish Coastal Crawl Space were professional on time very clean and answered any questions I had. I'm very pleased with the end result of the repairs and encapsulation of my crawl space, I highly recommend them!
