Grateful for Mr. Ramirez and his team. After getting quotes from multiple companies, I decided to go with Ramirez Renovations. From the very first phone call to schedule our estimate we were updated throughout the process. Zelidee was great at helping us choose our bathroom selections and gave us plenty of options to choose from. All workers were respectful and cleaned after themselves every afternoon once their work day was done. Any question I had was answered throughout the process.

We recently used Superior Renovations for two projects, a wood flooring install on steps and a hallway, and a paint job for living room, kitchen, stairs, and hallways, as well as front and back porches. We were very satisfied with the quality and speed of the work, and found the cost of both projects to be reasonable. I would happily use Superior Renovations again.

Ramirez Renovations crew all did a great job. Starting with Crystal Bilal walking us through the process from beginning to end. The labor crew were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after each days work. My husband and I are very happy with the service provided.

I just underwent an interior wall plumbing leak in my downstairs bathroom. The plumber recommended this business and I am so glad he did! I worked mostly with Saundra and let me tell you, it's so hard nowadays to find a business with great communication and thorough painless processing! From start to finish, it was exactly that! She was on top of everything including with my insurance company. The crews such as Eli, painters, flooring, movers, Mark( project manager) were also great and knowledgeable . My home is completely restored again and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

Rivers Edge Flooring Maintenance came out to our home on Fort Bragg this morning to clean all of our carpets and both of our sectionals, and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. Robert showed up right on time, was professional and respectful, and worked efficiently. As a military family with young kids, our furniture and floors go through a lot from PCS moves to everyday life with little ones always on the move, so it feels good knowing everything is freshly cleaned. We’ve lived on post for about a year now and like to have our carpets cleaned at least once a year, so this visit was long overdue. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the service exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be calling Rivers Edge again and would recommend them to anyone living on Fort Bragg.

Superior renovations did an excellent job on a floor repair in one of my rentals. They were quick, courteous, did a great job on the repair and for a reasonable price. I plan to use them again in the future!
