Renovating someone’s house after a flood can be a stressful experience, especially when needing to work with insurance, and Sierra Group is a trustworthy, professional, and outstanding company. Nikki is a professional, valuable and shining gem! She is the reason I first decided to work with this company. She is organized, knowledgeable, and follows through on all tasks. We renovated our entire downstairs, including changing kitchen layouts and size of shower, etc, and they were willing to work with us through every single idea until it’s what we wanted. They are flexible, easy to work with, and are ready to tailor the project exactly to what you want, which is nice in this situation. As with any company, I always suggest being on site and watching over your property and the workers to catch any mistakes before they happen. We were very impressed with the flooring and tile laborers, and so many other things. The only concern was the painter wasn’t as careful as we would hope, but still did a good job. They even made sure they came back within a year after the project to fix anything that wasn’t perfect. I would use Sierra Group again and would highly recommend them! We also loved Oscar, the electrician. Thank you, Jose! Keep it up.

Dealing with water damage in your home is no joke but when you have a great company that comes and handles your situation, it takes off a great amount of stress. My husband and I were first timers on dealing with mold & water damage in our home so we had no idea how things went about but when our insurance company subcontracted out to Sierra Group and we met Nikki and Jose, my stress lowered significantly. Nikki answered all my insurance questions and not once gave me any attitude or made me feel dumb for not knowing something. That’s always a plus to work with a company that you know is there for you. When it came time to handle the remodeling part if I could I would give Jose a trophy for dealing with me Jose was great and knowledgeable when he answered my questions because again I had a million questions and when I would ask for his opinion he actually gave it to me and gave me examples of other work he had done. Being out of our house for 2 months was hard but so worth it and that would have not been possible without Jose and his team.

I would rate Sierra Group 10 stars if I could!!! My house suffered a significant water damage event. My insurance company referred me to Sierra Group, LLC for the mitigation and restoration. I've never in my like had any insurance claim. Nikki and Jose skillfully helped me navigate the experience. From start to finish everything was top notch. Each and every crew that came in was excellent, very professional and extremely polite. Their work is top notch. My house is now put back together and better than new! I highly recommend Sierra Group, LLC. In fact my daughter and son-in-law were so impressed with them they will be contracting them for a small remodeling project.

Sierra Group is a one of kind construction company. They are absolutely amazing! We had a terrible storm come through and the Team were here in a matter of minutes. They stopped all the water coming in by putting a drain on the roof in the pouring rain. They are so professional. Great people, great advise. Our home has been flooded 3 times in 2 years. The other companies that came in the past were never able to figure out the problem, it was a mess. Sierra Team came in and solved the problem in a matter a minutes. We are so fortunate to have this team on our side finally having answers after all these years of heartache. Jose and his team went above and beyond for us. We cant thank them enough. 100% quality.

I had very serious water damage in my house I called Sierra group LLC they arrived in a matter of minutes to access the damage they work quick and efficiently and in a couple months I had a incredible new house Jose Avila was very helpful throughout the whole process; his team of workers did a really good job; I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement.

From estimate to installation, Jose Avila and the Sierra Group team made the whole experience as painless as possible. They did our entire home remodeling from full kitchen, baths and floors. Jose helped me choose all materials needed for the project based on his expertise. He was available to answer all questions during the project.
