Alpha Royalty did amazing work on our house. It made such a difference to have trustworthy people handling what was a very stressful issue with a lot of underlying uncertainty. They went above and beyond for us multiple times and were an incredible resource to us throughout the whole process. They have a ton of great contacts in the community as well, so when little side issues popped up along the way, they had them handled quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely use them again - highly recommended.

I don't usually write Google reviews, but I had such an extraordinary experience with Alpha Royalty that I had to write about it. I had a winter storm pipe burst that took out my entire bedroom ceiling and got water under the floor. This was actually my second pipe burst experience (bad luck). I did a ton of searching for contractors, and when I first saw the 5.0 star rating average, I thought it was too good to be true, but now I wish I had gone with Alpha Royalty the first time. - They were very transparent and communicative from start to finish about what they were going to do, what they thought I needed, etc. They were even upfront about things that could potentially go wrong so I could be prepared. And they were honest when there were delays or unexpected issues, rather than trying to minimize them. - As a restoration company, they were a one-stop shop for everything - moving my stuff, replacing the ceiling, flooring, painting, even cleaning and moving my stuff back in. That was a lot less work than going to individual contractors. Even when I offered to help, they were happy to have me not lift a finger. Just not having to worry about so many moving pieces really helped me manage this better. - From the beginning, they offered to help me negotiate with my insurance company, and they were committed to fighting for everything I was owed. My previous contractors did the bare minimum to get my condo close to its original condition, but it definitely looked shabbier and kind of janky (definitely lost that spark of joy). Alpha Royalty made my place look like new, with much more attention to detail on things like baseboards and paint. - Victor and Janet were personable and compassionate, in addition to being upfront and honest. They were also just very reassuring and helped to alleviate a lot of my worries. I usually expect contractors to be pretty brusque and businesslike, which isn't bad - it's just efficient - but I felt like someone actually felt my stress and pain from this whole ordeal and was looking out for me. I felt like I was being treated like a human being and not just a customer and a source of $. Overall, they went above and beyond my expectations. The high rating really is well-deserved, and I'm writing this to tell you that your search for a reconstruction company can end here!

I had a water pipe burst in my garage that was connected to my tankless water heater. I used Victor and his business to remediate the situation and repair what was damaged. They showed up when they said they would, and did a very nice job. I felt the price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.
