On a list of recommended vendors from our insurance. Mitigation was fine, but don't make the mistake of using them for the reconstruction like we did. Very slow, would tell you one thing, then try to get away with something else. Very sloppy work. Would point out issues and would get the standard, "Oh, we'll fix that later" instead of doing it right the first time. Caused a lot of their own rework and us a lot of headaches checking their work. Would only work a few hours a day or skip days for 'other jobs' needs. Main guy was extremely hard to get ahold of and very unprofessional. Would change prices and quotes, so I had to provide detailed records and proof to avoid them ripping us and our insurance company off. Sub‐contractor was nicer but had no authority. 6-8 week job took 3.5 months!

Referred to them by my insurance company, would not recommend. Often difficult to schedule with; we were often expected to be readily available within an hour of notice or kept waiting for their arrival. They had to return multiple times to "fix" their own mistakes; some of which they tried to blame us/our choices for their work breaking. Things they had to be asked to return to fix include a hole in the ceiling from removing dated decorative trim, the cabinets sagging on the hinges, toilet seal not being properly installed, shower seal, and vinyl flooring boards coming up all within the first 3 months of being home.

Let me assure you that you DO NOT want to get involved in doing business with this organization. I will eat ice cold food in a restaurant before I would complain, which is not in my DNA. Long story short we had water damage and used them to remove all of our belongings on the first level of our home including our furniture this past summer due to a flood. Two leather couches are trashed with big rips in them along with a huge scratch in a high quality wood TV stand. Also, they stored our clothes the boxes got wet and ruined a bunch of our clothes. Nobody will return our calls to make this right. Unfortunately they were referred to us by our insurance company Allstate which is pretty sad. We now have to try and get reimbursed probably through the legal system. Just what you need after dealing with a flood

They did a GREAT job!!! My home was flooded due to an A/C leak. They came out assets the situation and made sure everything was dry before. It took several day for the fan to dry my home, each day I received a text when they would arrive, the staff was always friendly and professional. Excellent customer service and work ethics!!!!!! I will recommend Rainbow for water restoration or carpet cleaning.

These guys came in at the time they said. They have worked hard and we had mold in our kitchen. They are super nice and professional. We have dogs and usually when we have service people here they bark. This is the first time our dogs didn’t bark. They work so quiet besides when everything is being demolished. I would recommend anyone needing a company to remove mold or any service they offer to contact them. You won’t regret it. Thanks so much for making our home safe again!

We had a water damage and used Rainbow Restoration. The remediation was done right and we should have stopped at that point and not let them proceed with repair and rebuild, which was a big mistake and we learnt that later. We lost the quality and time, so we had to let them go after 4+ months of waiting and not able to move in. Initially the scope of this work was estimated as a 4-6 weeks project. The work that was left at that point was incomplete. The contractor was rude and unprofessional.

Prompt, Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable! Prior to my recent water damage issues, I had never heard of this company. However, Rainbow was suggested by the insurance company and I am so glad that I selected them for our water restoration. Mike and Mykala were amazing! They arrived at our home in the middle of the night and were so courteous. This was our first time with water damage, but Mike was calm in explaining the process and setting our expectations. Always prompt and flexible with setting appointments. The plus is that it was seamless to work with insurance company.
