From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Earl went above and beyond—he kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure his crew treated my home with respect. His attention to detail and calm, confident approach really stood out. It’s rare to find a company (and a supervisor) this dependable. So far we have dealt with several people during the cleanup of the water that leaked downstairs from a upstairs bathroom. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and was on time. The one time that someone was running late our account manager Chris kept us informed. I was particularly impressed with Chris he fully explained all of the different steps of the cleanup, restoration and the process the insurance company will take us through during the claim. He was very patient and kind while easing concerns with the explanation. Hopefully I never have another situation like this but if I do I will definitely call Regent again.
