Wes and his entire team were knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. What felt like a total disaster at first turned into a manageable situation thanks to their professionalism and care. They explained everything clearly, worked fast without cutting corners, and treated my home like their own. I'm so grateful for their help. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Restore and their team professionally for years! Clint, Jake, Wes & Patrick; the more people on the team that I meet the more impressed I am. It is one thing when you have a couple great people at a company, it is really special when you have a team FULL of GREAT people. It does not matter who you get walking in your door, you are in good hands. They are able to stop the source of the damage, mitigate any issues that are present or will be present. Our first time to experience a water leak in the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. I had no earthly idea what to do once the leak was fixed, so reached out to Clint and Mr. Restore. Their team was responsive, took care of our home, and put my mind at ease. I have known Clint and Mr. Restore for many years thanks to their help with our foundation serving Dallas firefighters and their families - so when this happened, I knew that I could trust them. The people at Mr. Restore have been some of the best folks I have had the pleasure of working with; from the beginning of our water damage issue, they were on site on Easter Sunday evening. They have been so great at communicating with us, taking care of all of our possessions and doing top notch work. The owners, Elizabeth and Clint were so helpful every step of the way, you can see the compassion they have for their clients. Also need to call out Wes who has been great to work with, he answers any and all questions and I have seen him working late into the night. We are still at the beginning stage of our work with Mr. Restore, we are going to use them all the way through reconstruction, but had to post at what a great company this is, they are one of a kind.
