SERVPRO of Utah County

Truly the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced working with. Not only did it take months to get *some of my* things returned, MULTIPLE items were returned damaged and uncleaned. After going through an intense house fire we were told that this company would respect and take care of our items. That is the exact opposite of what I experienced. I experienced an incredible lack of communication, care and empathy. I had pieces of furniture broken and damaged upon return, clothing returned covered in black with random debris (including this random wire attachment?) the clothes were clean and hung up in closets or in bins before SERVPRO got them, items from family members funerals, my children’s birth and fragile things from my wedding just tossed into boxes and are now broken. Some of these items are irreplaceable things and we specifically pointed all of this out to the manager we spoke to before things were taken out. We were reassured that things would be handled with care! Things were absolutely not handled with care. I get that this is a job and my personal items are not the items of the people handling them. I still expected them to be handled with respect, especially after we had made it clear that these items were very important to us. If I could go back, I would have worked with any other company. Actually, it would have been less of a hassle to pay random people off the street to handle this than dealing with SERVPRO. *I have attached a few pictures—I have an abundance of others too*

Doug came out to my house today to demo and remove the damaged area from our sewer backing up. He was so professional and helpful. He took out dry wall, flooring and baseboard and carpet and pad. They will probably be coming out to do more, but I’m so grateful for Servpro coming out and helping us in such a horrible situation, they have been so wonderful they were so quick to respond. Thank you

Nobody wants to find a leak in their basement. It's one of the worst scenarios any homeowner thinks about. After a call to our insurance company, they sent out SERVPRO. They were here in a hurry and began the cleanup process. After getting it cleaned up, they assessed everything and prepared for the restoration work. We were assured that everything would be restored to the way it was before -- I was skeptical. Over a couple of weeks, different contractors showed up to replace the insulation, drywall, trim and paint. Each one was friendly and happy -- plus they did great work. At the end, they came and cleaned the carpet and even re-assembled the furniture that was in the room. I'd say SERVPRO has gone above and beyond in all aspects. They guarantee their work and the craftsmanship and care has been outstanding throughout this ordeal. I can't thank SERVPRO enough for being trustworthy and thorough at taking care of our needs!

Winston and Ken came out to our home we had horrible sewer back up. They came in and got the carpet disinfected from the sewer, set up fans and explained in detail what they were doing and were so respectful. I will always use Servpro thank you So much, Winston and Ken.
