My house was burned down July of 24 by kids playing with illegal fireworks. PuroClean of West Boise was chosen by my insurance company. I couldn't be happier. They have worked hard to get me back in my home. They did a great job. They were kind, asked my opinion, went far above and beyond what I expected. Puro Clean did a thorough cleaning of the very wet insulation and ugly black mold in my parents’ attic. Before choosing Puro Clean as our cleaning and restoration company, we had two companies come and give us an estimate. Puro Clean came to our home promptly after our call to them and spent almost two hours inspecting the attic. Within one day they sent us a very reasonable estimate of the work required to restore the attic to a safe, healthy area. The employees were very professional and personable. They answered questions about the procedures they were using and were efficient in their work. Someone always called us each day before coming to work on the attic. They talked with us and shared some time to talk with us, explain timelines and share encouragement and a laugh. We felt like more than just another job to them. They almost feel like family! I would call them again if we had another disaster of any sort.
