When we experienced our house fire our insurance company set us up with CRDN. Thank goodness! CRDN communicated with us, helped us understand what might be salvageable, took everything we identified, labeled it, and cleaned, or attempted to clean, all the items they took. They gave us updates on progress. And when we moved back into our rebuilt house they brought everything back - whether it could be salvaged or not. We entrusted them with some of our most precious possessions. They did not disappoint us. CRDN talked with us like neighbors - they were supportive, friendly, and professional. We could not recommend them more. Thank you Tom, Brad, Roberto, and many more unseen people who helped us recover.
When a water pipe broke in the basement, it caused, what seemed to us, an unsurmountable mess. Walls, carpet and nearly everything down there was water logged. CRDN came in and took care of every need. They were, above all, empathetic, answering our questions and laying out a plan of resolution. They were always prompt, courteous and thorough. We had a great experience with them and we would highly recommend their services.
Employees were very respectful and packed items carefully. Roberto was in charge and made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend CRDN to anyone needing this type of service.
