Oregon Restoration repaired and updated our bathroom after water damage. They were very professional and made a complicated process much smoother. Danny and Jesse were top notch and so helpful with a very unpleasant water leak. They were so careful to protect my home/interior. Everything was cleaned and treated to get rid of the contamination and they were in constant contact with me giving me updates regarding the progress. After my pipe burst—which resulted in me having to call 911 for help shutting off the water—I contacted several restoration companies to assess the damage and figure out how to move forward. Still shaken by the incident, I felt that a few of the companies who came out were trying to take advantage of the situation by using alarming language. When Max from Oregon Restoration arrived, he did no such thing. He carefully measured and inspected the damage and listened to my preference to save the floor rather than demolish everything. His attitude and professionalism gave me confidence in the company, and that’s why I chose to work with Oregon Restoration. Oregon Restoration did everything they could to save my floor and stayed communicative throughout the entire process. After the floor was successfully saved and everything dried, their insurance adjuster came out to prepare the repair estimate and actively communicated with my insurance company. Once the repair costs were approved, Riley was assigned as the project manager. Riley was very organized in coordinating the different trades involved in the repairs. He listened to my concerns patiently, and whenever I raised an issue, he worked to resolve it—I never felt brushed off. When some work wasn’t done properly, he quickly made sure the problems were corrected. Overall, I had a great experience with Oregon Restoration and would strongly recommend them.

The Oregon Restoration team was absolutely great in helping through this process. Jesse was a great project manager and made himself readily available via text/email and was constantly providing updates. His initial evaluation and assessment of the damage was spot on and he provided a great game plan of attack and a quick timeline. He brought in the team - James, Olu and Debbie - who were all knowledgeable with years of experience. They had immense experience and most importantly, they were able to communicate the issues very well and set expectations on the remedial work that needed to be done. Working with this team was a great experience and would recommend them to anybody who needs work to be done that is looking for certainty, professionalism and expidited quickly.

They always left the space incredibly CLEAN & that really makes a difference when you’re house is being taken apart. Even when insurance left us waiting in limbo, Oregon Restoration never slowed down. They kept showing up, kept documenting, kept progressing forward — and ensured we had everything we needed. Even when we learned we had asbestos under the floors, there was no panic. No chaos. Just swift action, airtight containment, and thorough abatement done right. They didn’t just get the job done. They documented everything thoroughly, explained what was happening before they touched anything, walked us through the reasons behind each step, and protected our home like it was their own. They operated with integrity in a space where most homeowners are blind — and that kind of transparency and accountability matters. We were never left guessing. We were never left waiting.
