Fantastic company to work with. House had extensive hail damage and initial contractor started, then started trying to take advantage of insurance company. Lou and his company then came in, put our mind at ease and took care of all our needs with new windows, doors, floors, etc. Very professional, kept us well informed the entire project, the project manager stayed on top of everything. All of their subcontractors were polite, professional, and left the job site clean and immaculate every single day. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with this Company. They came in right away to dry us out. Moved all our contents in less than a day! Amazing. House was left clean after a swift demo. Their crew then came in and put us all back together! Workmanship was great. And communication was on point!!! Thank you so much for turning a disaster into a blessing. We feel like we have a new home.

I've worked with Coordinated Loss Services and Marc Holz on two water damage restoration Insurance claims. In both occasions him and his team went above and beyond expectations to inform me of problems that saved my property from further damage. By the time my repairs were completed my property looked even better than before the insurance loss. While I hope to never need their services again, they will be my first choice should another disaster arrive.

I had a water damage incident that flooded the second floor and caused the ceiling to collapse in part to the living room below. The repair was very shoddy, my ceiling has cracked 3 times since in quick succession--the first two times they reluctantly repaired--poorly. Did not cover anything as they did drywall and ceiling work and I was left to clean up a layer of dust/chalkish material over every bit of the downstairs. The flooring was uneven, the drywall has cracked, paint has puckered, even my stove was put back in at a slant. I have spent the last year+ texting and emailing project managers up to the President of the company who have promised repair. They do not respond to any texts, calls or emails any more. The president, Lou Kazman, came to my house to inspect in Decemeber and promised repair--I haven't heard from him since and will not respond. The flooring was sub-par, not at all an equal replacement for what I had and looks 10 years old compared to two. Overall just abysmal work and communication and I am left with damaged ceiling and floors and no one to help. I have contacted my insurance company again as they are the ones who suggested I use CLS in the hopes that they can help since this business does not care. **UPDATE: The business responded quickly to my review asking me to call, I called within one hour and have since left two messages and 5 days later no one has called me back. Again, empty service.

I can’t say enough about all levels of staff at Coordinated Loss Services. Some words come my mind about them: honest, kind, hardworking, and thorough. You will not be disappointed if you need and use them. Although I hope I don’t need them again, I will definitely reach out to them if I do.
