My ceiling fell due to hvac issues Jason,Jake, Kevin was my contact persons. They were very helpful, professional and patient. The repairs when finished was awesome everything was done by 3 different crews. All of them worked in a timely manner. The only issue I had was a couple of days when they didn’t show up due to other work commitments. Other than that I am very pleased with the job that was done. If I have any other renovations I want done I will definitely call Spangler

In September we found evidence of a water leak coming from our upstairs bathroom off the primary bedroom. After calling our homeowners insurance company, they contacted Spangler Restoration to start the process of remediation and to fix the underlining problem. It was surmised that it was either the drain pipe for the shower or the pan. We were SO fortunate to be assigned the most amazing project manger, Isaiah Peck! We have had various home projects and repairs throughout the years and never had someone so on top of every aspect of the repair/remodel/update. He met us at vendors to pick out tile, countertops, and cabinets. He kept us abreast of the schedule of contractors and would communicate immediately if there were to be changes. He was incredibly responsive to texts and phone calls. As most of us know home construction/remodel projects are not super fun but Spangler and more importantly Isaiah made this one better than any we have done before. Thank you, Isaiah!

The Spangler contractors did good quality work and completed everything quickly. That said, we would have appreciated a little more guidance, particularly when picking out materials and making sure that everything that's needed for the project is accounted for - lesson learned, do NOT order tile that needs to be shipped. Everything worked out though because our project manager, Christian, was great! He was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely consider working with them again.

We contacted Spangler after our house was hit by an impaired driver. It was a significant amount of damage to our front porch and home office. Our project manager was Jason, and he was kind, understanding, relatable, and very communicative. He was especially understanding when we had a family emergency and had to reschedule a job that had already been booked and confirmed. We appreciated his regular communication and him always showing up on time for scheduled meetings and walk-throughs. He made sure that we were treated well and that we were completely satisfied with the work that had been done, and we are grateful!

Spangler has been phenomenal with the restoration of my home after extensive water damage. Christian has been awesome at keeping me informed with each stage of the restoration. I highly recommend this company!

On July 16 2025 I noticed a small discolored area on the drywall above the door entering my downstairs study. As I had a contractor at the house working on a project, I asked him to look at it, and when he felt the area he said it appeared to be damp. He suggested cutting the ceiling sheetrock to investigate, and when he did we found the area between the lower and upper levels of the house to be wet, with excessive moisture and the presence of a "suspicious growth". I called my State Farm agent immediately, and he called Spangler Restoration and asked them to come for an inspection. They arrived within hours, and quickly assessed the situation as excessive condensation from the metal HVAC ductwork. As Jason Gomez of Spangler explained it, the combination of the excessive heat and humidity following Tropical Storm Chantal nine days earlier, and the higher efficiency of our recently installed heat pump, resulted in the ducts "sweating" excessively. This had caused much of the insulation to literally fall off of the ductwork, exposing it completely to the hot and damp air and thus causing the condensation we discovered. Jason immediately detailed a program to stop the condensation, dry the area completely, replace any damaged drywall, and treat for any microbial growth. He estimated the cost and time necessary to complete the project on the spot, and explained every part of my predicament in clear terms and with a genuinely compassionate demeanor. Now unfortunately State Farm has denied my claim, saying that the issue had been going on "for some time" (even though Spangler and 2 other contractors assured me that the issue followed Chantal). Though I’m contesting State Farm’s decision, I just assumed that Spangler Restoration was out of the picture and that I was on my own. But the day our claim was denied Jason Gomez called to check on our situation, of his own volition. He was genuinely sorry about the claim decision, and immediately started brainstorming as to how he might help us navigate through the cleanup using contractors we already knew and had worked with before. He said Spangler would take care of any mold remediation and would supply equipment to thoroughly dry and dehumidify the area as well. Essentially, he volunteered to be project manager of our plight, and did so for what I consider to be an exceptionally reasonable fee. And he was quick about it: his mold people start today: 4 days after State Farm denied our claim. God forbid we have another mess like this on our hands, but if we do I won’t hesitate to call Spangler Restoration immediately. They’re not only experts at what they do, they’re efficient, timely, honest, and most important compassionate with folks who are faced with an unexpected plight they can’t fix on their own. I’d give Spangler 10 stars if I could!
