I could not be more grateful for this HONEST company. We almost got scammed and they saved us thousands of dollars. Unbeknownst to us (but now made aware by multiple different people), Green Genie is the gold standard in the 716 and should be the first call to make when restoration issues arise. What can I say? I was traumatized. My basement was flooded with sewage, and I was terrified about the mold and rancid fumes. I called countless places before I found Green Genie. Most gave me the runaround, outrageous quotes, or even told me, "If you don’t have insurance, clean it yourself—then call us to sanitize." I quickly learned that companies with names like "disaster," "relief," or "911" are often just playing off people’s trauma and fear. They swear they’re here to help, but most are they are to manipulate insurance claims. Then I called Ray. He didn’t ask for a video. He didn’t ask how much I’d get from insurance. He didn’t ask my price range. He simply said, "I’m sorry," and "I can be there within the hour." Ray showed up, reassured me that nothing should be brought up from the basement—it was contaminated and unsafe. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price. The next day, Ray and his team—Mark and Chad—came out, explained what had happened, and helped me take preventative steps in case it ever happened again. They were professional, kind, and truly helpful. These are the kind of people you want working on your home. Five stars isn’t high enough. Ray and team, I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without you. Finding you gave me more than a restored basement. You restored my faith in people. Thank you.

We recently purchased a home that had a significant amount of water in the basement and were concerned about some mold we noticed on the ceiling. I reached out to Green Genie and Ray was very quick to come out and assess the situation! He was efficient and knowledgeable about what our next steps were and walked us through the process. 10/10 would recommend!! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the peace of mind they provide!

Green Genie did an amazing job on my father's basement as well as power washing the house. John came to take a look right away and give an estimate. Ray contacted me shortly after to schedule the job. Austen, Eric, Q, Brandon and Drek came to do the work. They were all very professional, friendly, hard working and did an awesome job. I’m so glad I was referred to Green Genie! I recently bought a house that needed some attention in the crawl space. John came to do the initial assessment and reassured me what was going on up there was something they could handle 100%. Since just buying the house I also added on the duct cleaning service they offered. The whole process was simple and smooth. Austin and his team came to spray the crawl space and clean the ducts they were on time, efficient, and worked well together. Then just one week later they followed up and provided spot treatments to some areas that needed some extra love. This whole process saved me so much money and also included a 15 year warranty! Had an issue due to clogged nearby storm drains in the street on a Sunday morning. Ray and his team came out in under two hours to get the water out and get drying equipment in place. Wednesday, Ray Branden and Mike came by to finish with carpet removal, cleaning and sanitizing. Everything went smoothly and the team here are absolute professionals. Thank you for the help!
