I called ServPro for an emergency roof repair recently and talked to a woman named Alison on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful! Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). She told me she would work her hardest to squeeze me in an already-packed day with one of her estimators. She called me back the following morning to advise what time the estimator could be there based on his route and followed up again later in the day via phone call. We ended up using another local roofer to help us but Alison was so professional, sweet, helpful, and very communicative! If we ever need contractor services in WNY, I will happily call ServPro back just because the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Alison!

They called ahead and arrived promptly. Sal and Joey surveyed the damage, went over the plan and asked me if I had any concerns. They were very respectful and 100% professional. They tested for mold/moisture, removed the wet drywall and insulation and cleaned the water stained rug in the basement. I especially appreciated their efforts to save my hardwood floor. I highly recommend ServPro for this type of work. They have the expertise and equipment to complete the work. Outstanding.

Experiencing a fire in your home is quite the trauma producing situation. The Team at Servpro made my experience better. John and Matt came out to do some work for us after we experienced some flooding. They were very friendly and professional. They made sure to clearly explain every step to us without ever making us feel like they were talking down to us. They were very patient and took the time to answer any questions we had. They were very flexible around our schedule. They cleaned up every bit of mess and debris from their job. We were very impressed with the services provided and would absolutely use them in the future or recommend them to a friend or family member.

To remove wet rugs in basement they charged $220 per man hour. The rugs were wet with ground water and county water. No sewage was involved. All work was in normal business hours. 29.5 total man hours were worked. I asked to see estimate and was told I could see it later. Upon receipt I immediately complained that the billed services amounted to an unacceptable hourly rate, they said they would speak to their supervisor. I offered $130 per hour which is more than reasonable and it was refused.

I came home from work to find my basement full of water. I called Servpro and they referred me to a plumber who replaced my sump pump. After it was fixed, Servpro arrived and explained that the carpet/pad had to come out. They explained they were follow the guidelines because there is bacteria and containments in the water that could make you get sick. My antique furniture left several stains on the carpet. Servpro used the utmost care and moved the furniture into a dry location. The team was very caring, professional and provided amazing service. Very satisfied and felt safe.
