Had a water leak event at my condo. Water from upstairs neighbor's unit leaked through their floors into my ceilings and walls. My Insurance company recommended Property Services of WNY to fix the situation. These guys did a phenomenal job. Jordan got over to my place sized up the job and had a team(Mike, John, And Jacob) over within hours. They dried and dehumidified my unit for 2 days. After that they removed all the ceilings and drywall and left the place broom clean ready for the adjusters inspection. Great communication, conscientious workmen polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Company .

Outstanding workmanship and service! If I could give 100 stars I would!! Josh, Bob and crew did an excellent job with a kitchen make-over! I had a flood with lots of water damage. Bob & Josh were able to get me MORE money from my insurance company to properly replace all the items that were damaged. I now have a bright and beautiful kitchen that is well crafted. I had many people in and out of the house during construction...all people were professional and experts in their field. I have referred them to all of my friends and family. If you are searching for the very best...you have found them!

We had a leak from coming through our ceiling, called the company late on a weekend, and Jordan was ready to help without hesitation. Jordan and his team have been wonderful to work with. They’re professional, kind and easy to communicate with. I’d recommend them over and over again!

I would definitely recommend this company. Due to a power outage for 4 days this past December, our finished basement flooded and mold formed. Jordan Cave, the operations manager, came the same day we called and he and his staff removed the water, carpet and drywall immediately. They refinished the basement for us and did an amazing job. Jordan has a calming effect. He was patient, understanding and answered our many questions. His crew is amazing. They are all very respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to call on them with any future projects.

Jordan and his crew do amazing work.....not only are they professional, prompt, and know what they are doing, but Jordan has excellent communication with his clients. Our basement flooded last month do to a failed sump pump when we weren’t home. Jordan and his crew came over 1 hour after we called them and had the basement back in order 2 days later. They repaired the pump, removed the damaged dry wall and thoroughly cleaned the floors. Their professionalism was unmatched.
