We’re incredibly grateful for the support we received from Paul Davis during a very stressful time. Sean was outstanding—professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make a difficult situation more manageable. He handled communication with our insurance company and coordinated with multiple vendors, which lifted a huge burden off our shoulders. Sean was always accessible and responsive, and his calm, confident presence made a big difference. The entire team of technicians was also excellent—attentive, courteous, and quick to respond to any concerns. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Recently, the senior apartment building where I reside had a fire on the second floor that damaged and/or directly effected 7 apartments, that's about 12% of the total apartments in the building, along with two hallways. In the interactions that eventually take place, I met a young man named "Rob". I found Rob to be both professional and knowledgeable, not only in his immediate field but also with all aspects of the restoration process. This was not only very helpful to me but also very comforting to several other residents in the building who had no idea what to expect or when to expect it. Additionally, Rob was consistently thoughtful, a good listener, kind, exceptionally caring, patient, and always in action, moving methodically from one task to the next, almost like choreographed dance moves. I found both his work ethic and character traits to be of notable mention and wanted to take a moment or two to mention them here and recognize Rob for his outstanding work. Great job, Rob. Thank you for being there for all of us!!!

Our home was in a shambles because of a broken water line and the Paul Davis crew came in and immediately went to work. The crew leader Sean was fantastic and always available immediately for any questions I had and some I hadn't even thought of. His workers were polite and very clean and handled all of our items with care even going so far as to put our bed linens in construction bags to protect them( my wife greatly appreciated that) Overall they made a stressful situation so much better!

I recently experienced a horrible nightmare of a house fire and Anthony of Paul Davis Restoration approached me to offer aid. As a 15 year sales and service professional myself, I will say he couldn't have handled myself and the situation any better! I'm saying this not only as a fire victim, but as a tenured professional myself. As I was in a state of distress, watching my house and means of transportation blazing afire, he understood what comes first and foremost by approaching me with empathy and giving me assurance of the help he knew I and my family would need. He helped significantly in setting the expectations and communicated these things flawlessly with knowledge and that gave us confidence and trust in not only him, but in Paul Davis Restoration being worth our valuable and limited time in dealing with such a disaster. I was offered aid I needed that was of no monetary benefit to him or the company and now, am literally am reaping the benefits with temporary lodging, emergency funds, eating food he gave me from the back of his car and powering my phone with the cord he gave me and we have been set at ease after my family's meeting with them to restore and salvage our home. I contacted Paul Davis for an estimate to repair damage as a result of water leaking into various rooms in my home. Sean Terranova, the Migitation Project Manager, promptly responded and scheduled an appointment to review the damage and provide an estimate. He then followed up the day prior to the appointment and called the day of the appointment to let me know he was on the way. Sean was friendly, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain what repairs would be needed to maintain the integrity of our home. Based on Sean's professionalism and expertise, I am confident that the work will be completed to my satisfaction.

Sean Terranova at Paul Davis Restoration provided the best, honest, straight forward service possible when I had a leaky toilet lead to water damage. He was incredibly prompt, knowledgeable, and understanding, and followed up on his work exactly as we wanted. I hope to never need restoration services again, but if I do, they will 100% be the first call. Thank you!

My upstairs bathroom flooded which caused my ceiling in my dining room to collapse. Paul Davis was sent to my home by my insurance company. The people were very nice and service was quick. However, there were a few things I felt were not handled well and caused more problems. 1. while in the process of removing the damaged ceiling they tore large chunks of my wall in multiple sections. I feel this could have been avoided if care and a utility knife were used. 2. when the workers hung up plastic, they used a staple gun and left staples in my wall and ceiling in the room next to my dining room that previously had no damage. Chunks of paint were torn from my wall where the staples are and now require removal and repair. 3. While removing the ceiling drywall they did not make clean cuts. Making repair more difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company because of the lack of detail and concern to minimize damage and required repairs.
