Watson Heating & Air

My AC went out on Saturday afternoon just having it serviced from someone on the Thursday before saying all was good and went out on Saturday afternoon. So most places don’t work on weekends and I called a couple local companies that say offers 24/7 service and only one answered and said they couldn’t get to it etc. so after more searching I found Watson Heating and Air which I called, I have seen their trucks around town before but anyway I got a txt number to use and txt them and got a response very quickly from Alisha and set up a time since it was getting late Saturday and they work out of Richmond,Ky they got me scheduled for Sunday. Tyler came out Sunday afternoon and got my AC running but will need a new board but since my unit is old we discussed the cost of the repair verses replacement since it’s age. He was very nice and answered all my questions.

The technician who came today came earlier than scheduled and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 5-10 minutes. Our unit is working as it should and I am glad I called and was able to get speedy service. I called and within an hour they were at my house.

I am very very happy with Wilson Heating and Air. I highly recommend them. The tech was great,he explained thr problem and explained how to keep it from recurring. He also showed me how to program my thermostat for more efficient heating and cooling. I will definitely use Watson Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.

HVAC finally died after 20 years and numerous repairs. This happened on a Friday night. Sent Watson a message on Facebook and they responded Saturday morning. They got everything setup and had replaced my entire system replaced by Tuesday. They were also about 3k cheaper than a quote I had received a year prior from another company. All around I couldn’t be happier with their communication and work they performed. I’ll be using them from now on for all my HVAC service needs.

Our A/C unit went out June 12th 2025. Because of the time of the year all A/C contractors were extremely busy and unable to get to us between 10 to 20 days out. Finally, On July 2nd we contacted Watson's and they could get to us the next day July 3rd. Their quote for an entire new system was very reasonable and we jumped on it. Tear out/New installation took one day. Great service and very professional installers. Thanks to Matt, Bryce and their entire staff.

Very happy with Watson. It was easy to request and setup the appointment (same day!) and Peter, the tech, showed up on time, and was polite and knowledgeable. Also, there were no attempts to sell any continued maintenance or inspection services. I will definitely use Watson again should the need arise.

Watson was a pleasure to deal with. Had cooling issues and they returned my call after I sent a form after hours. Luckily there was a cancelation and they moved me right into it. Tech was prompt and quick to find the solution. I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience.
