1-800 Water Damage of Colorado Springs

Recently I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom upstairs, and didn't realize it was a problem until a week later when I got back from vacation! I called 1-800 water damage, and they arrived in a timely manner. They clearly communicated what they had to do to fix the damage and were obviously knowledgeable on how to do so. They were also very professional and organized with their cleanup process, and have obviously been in the industry for some time. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience!

I was very happy with the service I received. Max, the lead technician, came to my home when scheduled and did a free assessment. I feel like they did enough to ensure my home was free of mold and water damage. Yet they were careful not to charge me for unnecessary remediation. Their price and Analysis was better than 2 other companies I checked. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rob, the owner of the company, when payment was due. He too was very kind and professional.

I have had more causes to use water restoration companies than I care to admit. I have used several different companies over the years and have had excellent experiences and really terrible experiences. I have used 1-800-Water Damage twice now and have had nothing but exceptional service each time. They are definitely my first choice. Rob (owner), Max (Lead Technician) as well as the rest of their crew and office staff are the best in the business. When I have needed them but they weren't available they have even referred me to other companies who share their high standards for service and professionalism. I tend to ask a ton of questions and both Rob and Max have been happy to answer every one of them. They will always be the first company I call for any restoration service or clean up.

So pleased with the prompt and attentive service when the refrigerator line leaked all over my kitchen and even down to my basement ceiling. Rob and his team were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in their evaluation and assessment of the damage. The price was right to get the job done!
