We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful and traumatic situation. Early Saturday morning, we woke up to over six inches of water in our basement—a homeowner’s nightmare. I woke Jordan by phone at 5:00 AM but he couldn’t have been nicer. By 8:00 AM, he and his team were already at our home, ready to help. From start to finish, they were incredible. They kept us informed every step of the way, handled our property with great care, and worked with impressive speed. In just 3-4 days, our entire basement was dried out and gutted. They even helped us navigate the insurance process, ensuring we were supported throughout. Jon, Josh, Jordan, and Michelle—who we worked with closely—were professional, communicative, and simply exceptional at what they do. I can’t recommend their services highly enough. If you ever find yourself in an emergency like we did, they are the team you want by your side. 10000000% recommend!

UWRG really came through for our family when we needed it most. We had a water leak from our fridge that cause extensive damage to our kitchen and basement. We contacted UWRG and they immediately came out to help us. Our project manager Josh was amazing and always reachable whenever I had any questions or concerns. They made an extremely stressful project easier for us and we are very thankful for all their help.

One of our pipes in the basement busted because of the cold weather and leaked water down into the two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. John and his team were fantastic from the start. Immediately responsive and reassuring that everything would be work out. He got fans out to our place on day 1. John and his team at United Water Restoration took care of everything, including drying mitigation, sending out stuff to storage, repairing, repainting, getting our stuff back in, and working with our insurance. They brought in the right people to do a great job. They were incredibly professional and kind, which made the whole process, which it didn’t last that long, a lot less stressful than it would have been otherwise. Michelle was also a pleasure to work with, she is a "jack of all trades" at the office, she also came to the house and paint, clean and help everyone restoring my place. Our basement once all was said and done looked fresh and felt brand new. A really positive experience overall.

Our business basement flooded on a weekend overnight. It was Sunday morning when I made the call and Jon was on site in 30 minutes. He had his machines in place for fast removal of all of the water. Once the water was removed he quickly went into the drying phase which saved the building from more damage and mold setting in. I am impressed by how he and his crew (Michelle, Chris, Jordan, Mike, & Richard!!!) took on this project and saw it all the way through step by step to the very end. Not only did Jon walk me through the process of restoring our building but he also handled all of the insurance parts. He was on site for the adjuster evaluation and dealt with ALL of the insurance company issues. Every email, text, call was answered or returned quickly. Michelle was key in dealing with the insurance company and getting materials. She made sure I had exactly what I wanted for this project. If I was not satisfied with how something went she made sure it was addressed and rectified quickly. I was asked for approvals on items to make sure it was how I wanted something done and was allowed to be involved in this project which was very valuable to me. They were all on time, professional, and respectful of me and the building. In short THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO!! And they did it well in an appropriate amount of time. It was a joy to work with this team and I would have them handle any future projects in our business or home.

I had the pleasure of hiring the United Water Restoration Group for a mold mitigation. I must say that I'm so grateful for Mr. Mooney and how quick he was able to respond to my request on such short notice. He was very professional, honest and kind. Amazing, quality work from Jon and his crew! My A/C installers contracted them for my duct cleaning and I couldn't be happier. Not only was the price reasonable, but they were prompt, so personable, and very professional. All my questions were answered with patience and I would highly recommend them! I will definitely be calling them directly if I have any duct cleaning needs in the future!
