He made this a worry-free process. Materials delivered ahead of time, and he worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. We had Upfront to our home for several major projects such as roof replacement, attic ventilation, exterior paint and gutter replacement. Everyone we encountered from the owner, site supervisor, crew and office staff have been nothing less than stellar! We’d like to give a special shout out to Katie in the office for taking our numerous calls/texts and working so diligent with our insurance (and stubborn adjusters). She is a saint! This company exceeded all expectations! Affordable, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The whole team was a pleasure to work and went above and beyond in so many ways! Kitty provided outstanding customer service, being incredibly friendly and responsive. Steve and his team went above and beyond during the free consultation, spending almost 2.5 hours to locate an extremely difficult to find leak coming from bad roofing in a corner our attic. They even provided a temporary solution to stop the water, before we paid them a dime mind you, knowing that it was obviously a pressing issue to have water dripping down a wall! Additionally, they identified inefficient attic ventilation, providing detailed photos and explanations of the insane venting structure our home builders had done. A gutter and a couple of other issues on my roof. All needed repairs were presented with clear explanations and detailed photos. (Info was easily verifiable afterwards). Keep in mind, this was all in the FREE CONSULTATION! Once we approved the affordable quote from Steve, they were timely with scheduling and were able to correct all issues with the leaking area and attic ventilation along with our gutters and other minor fixes. We noticed a difference in temperature regulation almost immediately. Quality work! Knowledgable, honest, friendly and professional company. Highly recommended!
